We navigated through a tough time to buy a house and she helped us make it through. A family oriented individual who worked with our busy home life to search for a home.   There are people that you come across that just leave you speechless... I've had the pleasure of working with Cristina and Cathy over the last 18 months and they are hands down the most talented realtors I've ever met. Cristina has a deep knowledge of the market, she's experienced with 2nd home/rentals, and most importantly, she has a relentless work ethic.   Fortunately, with this sale we met Cristina and benefited greatly because of her vast knowledge of the current market. Each time I had questions she was there with an immediate response. She knows her business!

  Cristina was recommended to us by our son and his wife. We were out of the country and it became an instant decision that we needed to sell our home. We immediately phoned Cristina, she answered, which is uncommon these days. We didn't have to leave a message and wait for a call back. We explained our issues with not being able to be there as the house, post less then desirable tenants, was in need of renovation. When asking Cristina not only if she could be our realtor and sell our home, could she also be our forewoman to over see the renovation. She never once hesitated and said of course, I will be glad to help you! She along with her Mom, Cathy jumped on it, got the house beautifully renovated, and ready to sell in a short amount of time! It was gorgeous! Cristina and Cathy did not lack in photo taking constantly keeping us updated on progress. We fell in love with our home again and knew potential buyers would too! These two ladies are quite the team professionally handling things with the most elegant personal touch! We feel we have not only a business relationship with Cristina and Cathy but now a warm friendship as well. There was some small hiccups along the way, as to be expected, but Cristina and Cathy always in a positive attitude said, no worries, we got it handled! AND they did!!   Working with Cristina was everything one can hope and dream for when picking a realtor; knowledgeable, efficient, pro-active, responsive, and friendly. She assisted me through my first non-condo purchase which meant I had a lot of questions all of which were met with thoroughness and plenty of patience. I was referred to her by two different people (both of who don’t even know each other) and I would only ever refer her and use her for any future purchases. Expect the best with Cristina and ooh she’s a new mom too. A true superhero doing it all so flawlessly!

  I moved to Charlotte almost 5 years ago. My experience has been nothing short of amazing and Cristina has been a huge reason for that. 5 deals done and she has guided me through it all. My first was a buy and hold rental that I lived in and she helped me turn that into a full time rental. At the same time helping me purchase a beautiful condo I lived in for 2 years we sold at a profit just this week. She also helped me sell my rental to buy a fantastic single family home I live in now. As I grow professionally and as an investor she's always quick to respond, always has an answer and knowledge that I need.   Cristina has helped me sell two homes over the past few years and she is the BEST!! Just closed on the sale of my second home this week with her and I couldn't have asked for a better agent. Things became a little rocky on the buyers side, but she handled it extremely well and communicated with me the entire time! I couldn't have asked for a better agent!!! The first home sale few years ago was through a separation and she handled the situation with extreme professionalism and great communication between the both of us. (she sold the house in half a day) I couldn't have asked for a better agent both times!!!!

  I’ve been involved in over 14 real estate transactions over the past 27 years and I can honestly say that Cristina is the best! Let’s face it, whether you’re buying or selling - it’s stressful! Cristina made the entire process as seamless as possible and she is an amazing person to have on your side. She sold my house and is now helping me find a new one. She’s awesome!

  Due to my line of work I have moved often and subsequently purchased and sold several homes along the way. I can honestly say that Adrien is the best agent I have had the privilege to work with while purchasing a home. He was very professional yet personable and easy to communicate with. He was responsive immediately when I had questions and he also listened when I described the type of property and features I was searching for in the new home. He would find houses to visit that were right in line with my preferences vs finding houses that he may have preferred as other agents sometimes have done. He was also very knowledgeable of the area and trends in the local market in terms of buying, selling, and pricing. All in all I can’t recommend him enough as an agent. He is exactly what I would hope for when trying to find an agent in a new area to assist me in purchasing a new property.
